• Ingredients:
  • Organic White Turkey – 4 to 6 ounces each
  • Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb, season to taste
  • Oregano ½ teaspoon
  • Sea Salt (pinch)
  • Black Pepper, season to taste
  • Balsamic Vinegar, 3 tablespoons

Season turkey with garlic and herb, oregano, sea salt, and black pepper. Take a golf ball size scoop into your hands and roll tightly into a ball. Smash the ball between your hands until you form a turkey patty. Cook in skillet until done (no longer pink in the middle).

Cut up purple cabbage in smaller pieces. In a medium size skillet pour olive oil and warm until skillet is evenly coated. Add the cut up pieces of purple cabbage in skillet and sauté. Add 3 tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar while cooking. Add sea salt and black pepper to taste.
